For this assignment, write a paper that reflects your understanding of the implementation of a strategic plan. Include the following in your paper:

Specifically, discuss how organizations develop a “plan to plan,” complete with a “to do” list of things leadership needs to do as it rolls out the planning process, information that needs to be offered to planners as they begin work, assets that need to be made available at the start of the process, and a discussion of what needs to be said at the beginning of the process as to how results will be used.
Comment on the importance of a commitment to implement the plan and the “contract” that develops between those who commission the plan and those who are charged with developing the plan.
Share any insights and questions that emerged during and after the reading.
